Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much is shipping?

Receive FREE SHIPPING in New Zealand only. Otherwise shipping is calculated as follows:

$10 per order + $5 per item (International rates)

  • Do you have to use Paypal?

Yes. We trust Paypal, and so should you, for two good reasons:

Firstly, you don't have to make a Paypal account. You can just enter your debit card or credit card details in, and make your payment.

Secondly, it is by far the safest online payment gateway in the world. It was the very first payment gateway to process credit card transactions over the internet, and to this day has the best security available. By entering your details in over at Paypal (once our check-out sends you there) you don't run any risk of any details being stolen.

  • How long will it take to get my item order?

It's very likely your order will be shipped out within 24 hours, and once sent allow 2-3 working days for it to arrive. For rural deliveries it may take a little longer. We won't waste time getting your order to you because we want you wearing our gears ASAP.

  • Can I make changes to my order once I place it?

No. We would have to issue the refund, change the order status to cancelled on our website, and then edit our stock level back to what it was. That's a lot of hassle for us so once you've paid for your purchase it is final.

  • Can I pick my order up?

Not for online orders.

  • What is your returns policy?

Sometimes the odd garment isn't up to standard, and we accept that. If you feel that the quality of your gears aren't to a satisfactory standard then please contact us immediately using the form on the contact page. We will work towards a resolution together if we feel your item was indeed faulty upon arrival to you.  It's your responsibility to check your gear when you get it. You must contact us straight away for returns though as after 10 working days (around 2 weeks) we're unlikely to accept any returned gears.

  • Are there care instructions?

Our clothing does come with care instructions; Never wash any screen-printed garments with fabric softener, and turn them inside out too. We encourage our customers to wash our full-print clothing on a cold, gentle wash cycle. Treat your pieces of customised clothing & footwear like you would treat an artwork - Just like a piece of art the more care you put in the longer it will maintain its look.

  • How do I place a custom footwear order?

You can email us through our contact page, and we will then get back to you with the custom order details.

  • What does GSM mean?

GSM stands for "Grams per Square Metre", which is basically the weight of the fabric used for the garment. So a 205 GSM t-shirt will feel a lot heavier than a 150 GSM shirt.
